Welcome to the Louisiana Assisted Living Association Career Center! This Career Center is to be used for posting and searching for employment opportunities within the senior living industry and within supporting industries. We know employees are one of the most important assets for any organization, and having qualified, dependable employees is crucial to the safety and well being of the residents served in senior living communities. 

EMPLOYERS: Did you know LALA Members can post basic job announcements for FREE? Is your community looking to hire an Administrator, Director of Nursing, Maintenance Worker, Supervisor, Dietitian, Housekeeper, or any other staff position? All providers who are active members with the Louisiana Assisted Living Association will be able to post basic job postings at no additional charge. Enhanced job postings may be purchased for an additional fee. (Note: In order to get the complimentary job posting ability, you must login to your member profile and a current ALA member. Please contact assist@lalaonline.org if you need assistance logging in.)

POSTING A JOB: Free job postings are available for members! Just log into your member profile, then go to the "My Job Listings" tab to add a job posting. Its that simple!
